Introduction

Use

The scriber is generally made by spring steel or high speed steel, while use tungsten carbide tip welded to keep the sharp when drawing line on cast blank. Its width is in the range of 0.1mm-0.15mm, diameter 3mm-6mm, the tip 15°- 20°, and it obtains good wear resistance and passivity resistance after quenching. In addition, there are some using notices:
1. The tip should move across the guidance tool closely;
2. Upper inclined outwardly 15 ° ~ 20 °, tilted 45 ° ~ 75 ° to the scribe line direction;
3. Drawing line one time as far as possible, do not draw back and forth;
4. Put on sheath when it is idle to keep sharp of the tip.
