Tungsten Carbide Disc-shaped Mill

Introduction
Tungsten carbide disc-shaped mill is a kind of gear cutter with a through-hole in the middle. It usually uses the outer edge of the disc blade for cutting milling the gear.
Types
Disc-shaped mill usually mounted on disk machine folder blade for end milling the larger plane; End mill is a kind of CNC processing tool, which can be widely used in plane parts machining; Ball-end mill is suitable for processing space curved surface, or larger plane switching concave arc complement processing; Forming mill is generally for a specific workpiece design and manufacturing; Drum-shaped mill is mainly used for variable bevel parts approximate processing.
Maintenance
1. Check the power and rigidity of the machine tool to ensure the working stable; 2. Shorten the tool on the spindle as far as possible to reduce the impacting effect from mill axis to the workpiece; 3. Select the appropriate tooth space to obtain the full engagement and damping; 4. Ensure the proper feed rate and the cutting performance; 5. Choose mill, main incline and coolants to reduce the power consumption.
