Tungsten Carbide Route Bit

Introduction

Tungsten carbide route bit is a kind of tungsten carbide mills, but it usually used for PCB (Printed Circuit Board) processing. It has higher hardness and excellent wear resistance, through each tooth in turn intermittently cut the workpiece margin.

Maintenance

1. Check the power and rigidity of machine tool to ensure the required diameter can be used in conjunction with the route bit;
2. Shorten the extended length as far as possible and reduce the effect of the influence of the position of the axis to the workpiece impact load;
3. Select the correct pitch suitable for the process to ensure that there is not much cutting insert and the workpiece engaging caused by vibration at the same time; on the other hand, when the workpiece or milling narrow cavity milling to ensure adequate engagement of the blade and the workpiece;
4. Using the right amount of feed, the main angle and timely use of cutting fluid.
