Tungsten Carbide Scraper

Introduction

Tungsten carbide scraper can finish the surface of workpiece according to different shapes and accuracy required. It inlayed tungsten carbide with high hardness and wear resistance in the top of scraper to improve the grinding quality, which is the indispensable tool for grinding, mechanical and measuring tools.

Types

According to different shapes of the scraper, tungsten carbide scraper mainly divided into flat scraper and curved scraper.
Flat scraper: Usually used for cast iron plate scraping, triangular flat scraper is the most common one. It should be ground often to keep the blade sharp.
Curved scraper: It mainly used for scraping bushes, bearings and other workpieces with curve surface. It can be also divided into three-corner, zigzag and willow.
