But they usually cost a lot, the process is too complicated to popularize.

1. Ensure the accurate contact position of the cutting edge and workpiece, or it will cause chipping or workpiece damage or even damage to the machine;
2. Check the chip to ensure whether the cutter is vertical (chips with filamentary flow side, the tool may be incorrectly installed);
3. Ensure that the blade securely clamped on the arbor;
