Tungsten Carbide Cutter Wheel

Introduction

Tungsten carbide cutter wheel is composed of hard phase WC and binder Co, which is a kind of disc-shaped tool and cut the material by outer peripheral edge. In addition, it may also pass through the mounting hole and the irregularly shaped and groove center.

Types

1. Standard: Mainly divided into two types of double-sided polishing and double-sided matt, suitable for LCD panels and base cutting;
2. Compound: Composite cutter wheel combined with diamond, has higher hardness and wear resistance, which can be used in low-end LCD panel glass, substrate glass, touch screen below 5mm sheet glass cutting;
3. High-penetration diamond cutter wheel: It represents the highest level of current cutter wheel technology, commonly used in high-precision high-end LCD panels, touch screen and automotive glass sheet cutting, controlled and deep vertical crack, tangent and clean break without damage.
