Process Introduction
1.Tungsten carbide button is made of high purity tungsten raw material with ≥99.95% tungsten centent.
2. It is pressed by isostatic pressing precision press and over-pressure sintering to make the product denser and the wear resistance is increased by 24% compared with the same industry products.
3. Different formulas are adopted for different rock formations, and the spherical teeth are proportional to the service life of the pants.
Applications
Widely used in various specifications rock drill bit, chiseled in, hard rock layer. JZ05A wear resistance is higher than JZ06, and toughness is higher than JZ06N.
